- The product is not scratched, cracked, damp, or exposed to chemicals.
- The product is still sealed, in its original box, and the box is not torn or damaged; includes any accompanying items (if any).
- Complete documentation, including the Delivery Note, Purchase Invoice, and Warranty Certificate, must be provided.
